Suggested starting point: 10 minutes, weekly. These are editable preferences, not verified live-call availability. They can always finish sooner.

Preferred days

This is a preference, not a booking. A real call must also pass recipient permission, local quiet hours, opt-out, hosting-duration and cost checks at dispatch. A 15-minute choice does not prove the host can sustain a 15-minute call.

When would you like a story update?

Separate from calling frequency. Drafts need review. No email, delivery channel or background schedule is connected.

The participant’s own agreement is still required. This does not approve recording, recurring calls or sharing on their behalf.

No settings are saved beyond this page visit. Reloading clears the synthetic state; production opt-out must persist securely.
